Did you buy something beautiful but have a change of heart? No problem! You can return most unused and unopened items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Simply bring your receipt and the original packaging to any Fabrics to Decor store or send it back via courier.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your Fabrics to Decor item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll gladly replace it for you. Please note that some exclusions may apply depending on the product category. Here’s how to initiate a return for a faulty item:
In-Store Purchases: Return the faulty item along with your receipt to any Fabrics to Decor store. Our team will assist you with the replacement or refund process.
Online Purchases: Contact our friendly Fabrics to Decor Customer Care team via phone at 068 011 0000 or email at orders@fabricstodecor.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
Important Reminders
All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and user manuals included.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
